Eligibility and Age Requirement

For users 21+: If any user creates an account by providing a false age, fd9999 reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit the deposited balance.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fd9999 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x).

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance will be ৳3,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance will be ৳18,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions; the terms stated on the offer page will apply.
  • Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts from the same household, the same IP address, or the same device is strictly prohibited.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • fd9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, fd9999 may close the account and forfeit the bonus.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

fd9999 VIP members receive weekly cashback according to their tier:

  • Bronze tier — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Silver tier — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold tier — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
  • Platinum tier — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

The opportunity to advance to a VIP tier depends on your regular gaming activity. Cashback is paid every Monday according to BST.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the individual policy of each payment method.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on fd9999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Gameplay and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

6.3 Bet Limits

Prohibited Activities

Consequences: If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, fd9999 will immediately close the account in question, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.
